I was just curious about what your workout routines look like when on AAS. Feel free to post them

When I'm on, I hit everything twice a week with the exception of Quads/Hams. They only get hit once. I do everything else twice a week, once heavy with compound movements and once light with more isolated movements.

Workout bodyparts once per week. Do the basics, Squats, clean and press, dips, cable crossovers, bent rows, chins, shrugs, deadlifts, barbell biceps curls, close grip bench, etc. Stay away from isolation exercises. Lift hard and continuous for no more than 35-45 minutes. No cardio. JMHO

One group a day and give all you got to that workout. Abs and calves 2 times a week. Something that gets overlooked is forearms a lot of the time and i try to do those whenever I hit calves.
