are your nuts gauranteed to shrink, or its only a possibility? If they do, how long into the cycle should it happen, and how long till they go back to normal?

not everyone experiences ball shrinkage, it varies from person to person, depends on many things, the length and dosages/compounds used. some guys experience dramatic size difference where others do not.
on your cycle you should be ok with just nolva/clomid PCT to get your nuts back up in full flight.
