question about nolvadex

i am going to start a cycle in a few weeks. i will be running

sus 500mg a week 1-12
tren 75mg ed 1-8

I have read all kinds of things about nolvadex. either take it every day at 10mg a day or just have it on hand in case you need it. the same thing about arimidex. i have never used arimidex before. i can get it but how do i run it on this cycle?

have nolvadex on hand if gyno starts or run it at 10mg ed i usally run it at 30 to 40mg because of gyno. i think you myight need bromo for the tren.

10mg/ed for the nolva throughout the cycle, bump it to 40mg or higher is gyno starts to show...you dont nees the a-dex, but it couldn't hurt and i would run it at .25mg ed...
