I would use 20mg ED if only using Nolva.......... Beter is 10mg Nolva ED and .25mg L-dex ED through cycle..... This way you have all bases covered.

I would use it no matter if I saw symptoms or not.......... Nolva is a SERM and will mimic estogen in bone tissue.

I'm taking 20mg of Nolva a day. I was wondering what would be more effective. Splitting the pill up and taking 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night, or just taking it all at once?

Mud I have a question- becuase you drink it is it ok to use one pin to draw it with the whole time? I mean it doesnt have to be sterile because its not being injected.... least thats my thinking, whats your opinion?

That's what I do...... There's no problem using it over and the same one to draw both up.
