ECA advice!

I'm looking for help regarding ECA. What are the correct dosages of the 3 components of ECA to take the 2 weeks following Clen ?

i dont know the exact induvidual dosages of eca but i have found the american xenadrine to work quite well (canadian one is not as effective). hydroxycut is not bad too but you need to take 12 caps a day...barf! just my opinion.

If you want to make your own try 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 70 mg aspirin, should work fine

Thx guys! This maybe a dumb question, but where do I get ehedrine that's not "Mini T's"? They have an additional 200mgs of Guafenesin that makes me totally wigg-out. Does xenadrine (us) carry these doses? I take 3 times a day, correct?

Bro you cna buy just ephedrine pills at any nutrition store. I have never tried xenadrine, but people who have usually have had good results w/ it. It has a lot of things in it naturual herbs and things.

I used to use Hydroxycut but got sick of the 12 pills a day.

I use Stacker 2 and it's only 3 a day. Has the same effect on me.

Who makes Stacker 2? I definitely can't handle 12 pills a day. 3 is plenty.

Stacker 2 is made by NVE Pharmaceuticals. IMO they are a sketchy company, some of their products are rumored to be underdosed, some people claim to have decent results from it however so who knows.
