I just bought b12 to mix with my test suspension and sust. From what i heard it was supposed to ease the pain, but it didn't.
One more question:
my ass is really swollen and bruised, is this normal?

your ass is most likely bruised because you moved the pin around while you were inecting, try to kee it steady...you should be fine, but keep an eye on it if it doesnt get better...
sus and suspension both hurt while injecting...and no b12 doesn't help with the pain.
