liquid clen and t3

I was just wondering if any of you knew much about liquid clen and t3. I was wondering if you took the t3 oral like one does with the clen. Also how much of each one to do in terms of ml. thats all

liquid t3 is oral. as far as ml goes, you have to pyramid doses just like you would with pills, look at cyc's thread in the educational forum. the stuff ive had was 125mcg/ml so i started around 1/4 ml (~30mcg) and went up to about .8 ml (~100mcg). for the clen you should start at a low dose (~1/4ml) and ramp up to what you can tolerate without getting the shakes too badly (~1ml if 125mcg/ml).
