Hello!
I'm 180 cm tall and I weigh about 75-77 kg. Got no
idea about my BF, but it's not much fat. (no picture sorry)
My goal is not to be a bodybuilder, but I'd like to
gain some mass and strength. An increase
of 6-10 kg would be gratefully received. I'd also like
to keep as much of this gain as possible.
I've got no reagular diet, but I eat healthy and often
potatoes and rise (spell?) along with chicken or a steak.
I also take TwinLab super gain and creatine.
I not too happy about needles, so I want this first cycle to
be oral.
It's not important that the grow of mass and strenght is
explosive, as I'm working out in a gym where many know who
I am. I'm sure they would notice that.
Of course I want as few side-effects as possible.
I appriciate all help I can get!

PS. Yes, I've read info about different AS, but there's so many
and so much info I just can't keep them apart.
PSPS. There should have been a AS-calculator just like those
calculators for which cell-phone subscribtion that suits your
needs etc.
