    protein synthesis without steroidz.

    How can i promote the protein synthesis without steroids..?? any supplements or something???

    Believe it or not, I read an article stating that Ephedra of all things helped in this, but who the hell can eat on Ephedra?? Stupid.

    If you beleive what you read in muscle mags then nitro tech increases protein synthses. I didnt buy any, but that is what it says it does.

    You guys are both wrong, its Acetobolan II that works wonders. Made my bench go from 135x1 to 405x6.

    true...the only way ive found that i can eat on ephedra is to make your self eat really small meals...but like 12 times a day...eat say...a chicken breast at noon, then at 1pm eat a cup of rice ect....

    NitroTech is way Overated IMO.
