I personally think letting them disolve under your tongue is the way to go if you ask me.

in week 3 now...defenately underdosed d-bol, so i started today to bump it up to 30, and i already feel a diference. about 5 pounds gained so far, and lifts are increasing as well...cant wait for the test to kick in this week or next

it might hit you a little more intensly if you chew it but thats about it....JMO
Letting it disolve under yout tongue is no different to swollowing it. Buy the time it gets to your stomach, your stomach acid will hit it and it will be dissolved anyway. The only thing with leaving it under your tongue to disolve is that the longer you leave it in your mouth the worse the taste gets. But effectiveness wise it is no different, so unless you like that yukky chemically taste, I would just swollow it
agree...i tried it both ways in my curent cycle, and felt nothing different but a nasty taste when i let them dissolve in my mouthQuote:
