Other than the obvious answer I'd say if you shot it once and seen no side effects than don't worry.

Well, theoretically, if you don't know what it is, it could be ANYTHING until you get it tested. It would most likely be some kind of pure oil though from what I have been told.

It could be a multitude of things, oils, different types of multivitamin etc...Fake gear is definitely not healthy b/c there is no way to tell what is inthe injection unless a lab analyzes it.

Can you cook the little bottles just to make sure they are sterile? Like bake in oven and does it ruin the rubber stopper thing you poke needle thru? There's got to be a way to assure there is no live HIV or hepatitus serum in the bottle.

hiv and other viruses wont live that long...shouldnt be one of your main concerns. Dont bake it, not necessary imo. Did you ever say what kind of gear it is? brand, description, etc?
