Alright, i was asked the other day what is the difference between the two, and i went to answer but really didnt know...Can someone pin point the differences of the two for me...i was just wanna be able to explain the differences...like as to why u would stack them and not just take one...ne way im ramblin....thanx alot.

Exactly, one is a test and one is not. EQ should be stacked with Test, you can say that EQ and Deca, and gear such as those are compliments to test stacks.

Well to get more technical, as I understand it test is androgenic and EQ is anabolic -EQ is made from test but with some of the "androgenic" properties removed, as is the case with most AS.
There's a ton of info about all this out there and you shouldn't have any problem getting it totally clear if you do the research.
