HCG, considerd a "research chemical"?

I am hard pressed to find some HCG, is it considerd to be a research chemical? So do some research sites sell it? thanks

the only thing i know about it is in the U.S there are two main brands Pregnyl, produced by Organon, and Profasi, made by Serono, they are both FDA approved for the treatment of undescended testicles in young boys and hypogonadism(underproduction of testosterone) and as a fertitlity drug used to aid in inducing ovulation in women.

As far as I know its widely manufactured and easily obtained on the black market, and there have been next to no counterfeits.
