    Thumbs up Congrats to Rickson and JohnnyB!

    Congrats to Rickson who has just been promoted into the clouds of mt Olympus and made Super Mod - a really great guy who is consistent in his approach and service on AR. What more can I say?

    Also congrats to 2 of our Vets, JohnnyB and BTDR who we are proud to recognise as an Anabolic Moderators. I am sure you all know both of them since Johnny has been here a long time and BTDR is a post whore in a class all by himself. Both of them are very knowlegeable and super helpfull to all our members and we are happy to have them here.

    I have not had much interaction with Rickson, but have read many of his posts...congrats on your promotion!

    A little bit of searching will show that JohnnyB has been giving great answers and helping people for some time on this site. You are very deserving of Mod status!

    Bdtr is a newcomer with an oldtimer's knowledge. Lots of info, and will help answer a fella's questions...even though he hates everybody.
    You certainly are deserving of Mod status as well!

    Congrats to a fine group of guys!

    (It looks like Cyc could spell his new Mods' names right, doesn't it?)
