350ml? or 350mg? lol, big difference there.

That is considered a "light" dose, but gains can be achieved off it with high calories and propper training and rest.

Also, are you running any anti-e's? What about post cycle?

i have nolvadex incase i need it but am not using it right now, i have clomid and hcg for post cycle is that alright?

Dont use HCG post cycle, it mimics LH causing your body not to produce it hindering recovery. HCG should be used during cycle, mainly on longer/heavier cycles though. Use clomid + nolva together post cycle and 10-20mg nolva ed throughout the cycle at the very least to keep down water retention and to keep lipid levels in check.

At such a low dose, should he even have to take Nolva?? I mean if he is using it for gyno, I dont think he should need it at that low dose, right?? Is that necessary to take?? or are you recommending that because it is his first cycle and he doesnt know how his body will respond to the test (i.e. gyno)??

Bro, I remember you posted something about a cycle you had planned and EVERYBODY told you to add test. So why are you going to ask AGAIN if it is a good steroid to take for your first cycle???? And how do you get 350ml's a week, that would be 87,500mg per week, thats probably more than Ronnie Coleman did his entire life. PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH.

Like eberyone said 350 mg/ week is light, you definitely dont need HCG, and you rprobably wont need the nolva either.
