info on first cycle?

starting first cycle, am 21 years old 5-10 175lbs been lifting for 3 years. have d-bols and sustanon , also have liquidex and nolvadex with clomid for pct. but hade some gyno from puberty so to be on safe side how much anti-e should i take during cycle since i may be prone to gyno.

D-BOL-30mg 1-4
sustanon-500mg 1-8- shot every 3 in a half days

first of all welcome to AR. second, I'd extend the sust to 10 weeks. Take 10-20mg nolva per day. if your running liquidex/armidex run it at .25mg/day and 10mg nolva/day. if you start showing gyno symptoms eat 40mg nolva per day until symptoms subside.

I would start a week before your cycle taking Nolv 20 mgs ed and run that throughout the cycle.Also I would consider running the test a few wks longer for better results.

i would take .25mg ldex and 10mg nolva. as rickson once said "i'd rather have impeded gains then wear a bra"

bro, everything looks good but you should shoot the sust every other day in order to fully utalize the prop ester in the sus, since prop only has a 3 or 4 day half life.

some newbies try their fist cycle with sust 250 twice per week and gain a lot!
