what do you all think about spot injections i was thinking about using it on my clafs because my calfs do not grow as easily as the rest of my body does. i know its not real muscle but i just want my calfs to look more proportioned.

No local growth with spot injections. They're very good for rotating injection site which most would recomend, but it wont cause any muscle growth in the area. Also, search for Motxxguys thread about calf injections, they might not be the best pick

Heavily debated question bro..........I spot inject for rotation not for growth,haven't seen any solid facts to back that up yet.Some say it loosens the fascia around the muscle allowing for more growth but I haven't seen that happen as of yet.

i started the spot injections last night and my calfs are pretty sore today, i read the thread hop i have no problems hitting any veins!

I used to like them but was only successful twice, otherwise after that my legs swole way up and its terribly painful. I'd pick somewhere else to shoot. The suggestion of calves being a good shooting area is one that came from urban legend. Doctors and nurses are taught its a terrible and dangeous place for injections. Swelling of the lower leg can cause deep vein thrombosis which can form stroke and heart attack causing blood clots.

I've said it before and will again. If spot injections aided localized muscle growth, I would have two of the largest ass cheeks in the world.
