both of them will elevate your liver enzymes, if your taking an oral AAS...but if your gonna take test and deca,eq,primo etc...you will be OK!

You should be getting blood work done for the accutane. I would suggest using short acting gear, so that if your AST/ALT/GGT levels do get drastically elevated, you can come off quickly
