What up all I have been away from the forum for a while. I took a special assignment at my job and pretty much had to travel every other day. Anyways I’m finished with that and I’m on a stable schedule again. I need some help planning a future extended cycle. I planning on starting in May and running it for 24-30 weeks.

I’m currently doing CKD. Trying to get to below 15% BF. In May my goal will be to put as much mass on as possible in the beginning while towards the end reduce the water weight that I’ve put on and lose as little gains as possible.
