Prop an winny ?

My friends wants to run prop an winny for his first cycle. He wants to know if he would have succes running it for 8 weeks and also wants to no when to throw in the winny. Im not finilar with prop so i dont want to give him the wrong advice. Please help thanks,

give us some stats on your friend like age, weight, bf, goals of cycle etc....

and prop should be run for atleast 10 weeks for a solid cycle

he is about 5'10 205 an around 12% bf been training for 4 years an he is 21 years old. He wants to gain a good 10 pounds an doenst want any water weight so that is why he is picking prop.

well then i would do it something like this

wk 1-10 prop 75mg ed (495mg a week)
wk 5-10 winny 50mg ed
wk 1-13 nolva 10mg ed
start pct 3 days after last test prop shot clomid (300mg, 100mg, 50mg)

but for his first cycle many will reccomend only doin one compound

im lookin into a similar cycle, im in the same shoes basically. Its my first real cycle and i just dont want to go everyday with injection. so should i run the prop eod 100mg

ed injections are better, it keeps your blood levels more stable (means less sides usually). 100mg eod is only 350 a week. might try 125 of even 150mg eod.

If your not willing to do the ed thing run Enth twice a week and .25 liquidex with 20mg of nolv. The only benifit to prop is that you dont bloat as much so by taking a couple anti-e's you can keep the bloat off from the enth. I dont like prop as much as everyone else on the board. Its a waste of needles and injection sights.
