I need help!!! - PCT - anti estrogens

I am taking a 16 wk. cycle of deca and sus. I do not want to take an anti estrogen during the cycle but rather after. When do i stard my post cycle therapy: the day after my last injection or three wk later or two wks later. I need help.

Also after 15 wks I am going to start winny tabs. and run them until wk 18.
3 wks of winny.
Do i run pct ( I have nolvodex and clomid ) with the winny or wait.
When should I start the stuff exactly and how much do I need. I don't know wether to start the nolvodex and clomid 2wks after the last injection or two weeks after I swallow the last winny pill.

1 week after winny, you can start 20mgnolva, 300mg 1st day, 100mg 2-10, 50mg 11-20+

Hey I don't want to sound like an ass but I am not to fimiliar with anti estrogens. I was reading about nolvodex on anabolic review ( in the drug profiles ) and it recommends 10-30mg a day of Nolvodex. You are recommending I take much more. Sorry to keep asking questions but I just want to do it right. I didn't under stand how much clomid to take either.

I always run 20mg when on cycle, who suggested more then that.

run nolva 10 or 20mg/ed throughout the cycle...also start PCT the day after your last winny dosage like DaBull said, not one week...

You should be running 20 mgs of nolva every day on cycle, unless you dont mind the risk of getting tits.

If i start the pct one day after winstrol on april 25th when Do i finish. I have it like this : 300mgs clomid on 25th , 100mgs 26th - 5th and 50mgs 6th-15th
Do I need to go 1 week longer or just stay the way I am ( which is 3 weeks )
I appreciate the help.
