time on = time off
i know but im wanting to know how many people accually stick to that due to strength loss and gain loss?Originally Posted by Mr. Sparkle
Well if you aren't going to wait long enough to recover then don't come off at all. It is pointless to come off not restore HPTA function and then get back on.
2 months or so...depending on time of yr and how much I want to start again....
12 weeks on, about 10 weeks off (the ten weeks start after PCT though)
Same for me here most of the time. But if I did a - let's say 16 week cycle - I won't wait that much time in between. This general rule of thumb is more likely when I do short cycles.Originally Posted by Mr. Sparkle
I'm starting a T400/deca cycle for 11 weeks then taking clen for 6 weeks and jumping on fina or eq and winny. but, the reason for that is cuz' i'm starting my bulk cycle late due to AR and pct.
absolutely correct....Time on = Time off
I have a question...lets say I get bloodwork done before a 16 week cycle. I get my results and check em over. I do my 16 week cycle and get my bloodwork checked again 6 weeks AFTER I finished my cycle. I get my results check em over and everything is good, pretty much exaclty like they were the first time. Can I hop on another cycle w/ only a 6 week break inbetween a 16 weeker?
Thanks

i agree, time on=time off
usually i like to do 1 cycle a year, and train naturally the rest of the year. I like to party, and i don't drink or party on cycle. So when i'm off, i usually party alot.
6 weeks is not enough time for natural test levels to get working up to full speed again. If you took blood test 6 weeks after chances are you would not be the same as you were before the cycle anyways.Originally Posted by BrownBomber

If you do proper PTC you shouldn't lose much of your gains.Originally Posted by irish bulldog
