and the product i am looking for is nolvadex. The product says that one tablet is equat to 35mg nolvadex so i guess if i want 10mg doses im going to have to cut the pills....should i get a pill cutter.

I've never heard of a research site that sold tablets. Are you sure it wasn't in liquid form? Selling the tablets is illegal.
