cycle help

im 42 years old 6'2" and 220#, working out steady 3 1/2 years ready to do my first ever cycle. i have SYD VET 300mg/ml 10mg vial deca , 30 tabs 50mg clomid. was going to do a deca only cycle until i found this site. can get testc 200mg/ml or teste 250mg/ml. can someone help with a deca / test cycle or should i do a test only cycle first? do i need nolva? i want to go a bit consevative on first cycle. can anyone help? thanks craneboy

go conservative to find out how your body reacts to test first, go with this:

weeks 1-10 test cyp 400mg
clomid/nolva pct three weeks after last shot

I agree run a test only cycle for a first and before you start get a checked by a doctor to see if your ok to run a cycle and they may even get you on HRT if your test levels are low enough. Just a thought

welcome to AR bro. u can run the test at 500-600 mg wk and get great results if u got everthing in order ( diet trainin rest etc) but if u still wanna run the deca . IMO

test 500-600 mg wk 1-10wk
deca 300 mg wk 1-8 wk
nolva on hand in case of signs of gyno.
clomid for PCT ( Post Cycle Therapy )

thanks for the replies! i will go with a test only first cycle 400mg/week. 400 once a week or 200 twice a week? for 10 weeks? then PCT three weeks after last shot.

it doesn't really matter, but i would go with 400mg once a week, a lot of bros will tell you two shots are better, but it doesn't really matter
