Hey guys i dont know if this is in the rite forum but I was wondering whether I could take clen and creatine?? I lift 5 days a week one body part, and do cardio 4x/wk for 45 min. My bf is dropping like crazy and i have some good strength and energy but i want that little extra bit before I do my next cycle. I am just tryin to get as lean as possible while trying to get stronger. Would creatine help me?
