Yes it's a good starting point with l-dex. also if you're using .25mg of L-dex then 10mg of nolva is all you should need on most cyclesOriginally Posted by diesel21

I agree with Pheedno...start out with 0.25mgsED and see how that works. I have run it at 1mg ED, 0.50mgs ED and 0.25mgs ED and the latter seemed to work just as well. 1mg and even 0.50mgs gave me headaches so more can be overkill.
Btw, is this your 1st cycle? If so, scratch the sust if you're not gonna run it at least 3 times a week...EOD is preferred. I'd much rather start with Enanthate or Cypionate 1st cycle.

My source can't get nolvadex. Is alright to start my cycle without the nolva., if I have the arimidex?

First off let me say hello and I'd thought I would check you guys out. I've been on meso Mostly. anyway, I'm on 750 a week sust with .25 armi and no need for nolva for me.
It doesnt hurt to have on hand but you should shoot eod to lower sides and keep levels up. At least every 3rd day.
