can pins get seized?

i have been waiting 2 weeks on pins from england but most mail from england only take two days normally,this is the first time ive ordered from this company.im running out of pins, can you get them in a chemist etc?

I just went to walmart yesterday and got them, 23g 1 1/2. at .32cents apiece. is there a walmart near you. I've done it at serveral of them, I use them for vacines for sheep.

whats a walmart?i dont live in the usa.i dont think you can get them otc here.
