its not for me bro, i am not a fan of winny its for a bud of mine he is taking deca and winny! I know i told him otherwise but who am i to argue!

50mg a day should be fine how much deca is he taking and why wont he take test.

I ran two a day awhile back. One in the morning and another at dinner. You place them under your tongue and let them dissolve , don't swallow them. They work well when in good condition and a good diet. Along with test of course. Later..
