40lbs 1st 4 weeks
Im on my first cycle
1-10 400mgs test cyp(BD) 2xwk
1-4 d-bol(bdispensery)30mgs last 2wks 45mgs a day
10-13 test prop(BD)100mgs eod
Ive gotten very good strenght gains so far and the weight gain is awesome I started at 204 and am know at 248lbs and am only in my last week of d-bol no sides except water weight gain. I was wondering if adding an extra 200 mgs of cyp a week making it 600mgs would be a good idea or should I see what happens after the d-bols are out of my system

Maintain the same amount of test cyp 400/mg, but just extend the length of your cycle. I was always told to keep at the same level through out your cycle.

I really havent gained that much water just eating really good

Add a 100mg Cyp per week. 500mg of test a week should yield good results in the end.

I'm a BD user myself.I'd keep the cyp at the same doseage bro,I found thier cyp makes me hold alot of water.Try some l-dex @ .25mgs ed,that should help if you have any bloating issues.Up it to .5mgs if needed.

For a fist cycle 400mg/wk is fine.
leave it at that and just to let you know those are some pretty good strength gains don't get discouraged if your gains start to slow down.

Ive been useing 10mgs of nolvadex for water and my bodyfat hasnt risen that much either

I agree on the 100mg bump..500 is a good number if this is one of your first cycles

yeah no doubt ive gained a little bf but thats not a problem with me i went into this pretty low on the fat scale around 10 or 11%
im looking for mass before at 230lbs i was chunky now at 248 Im smaller in the waist than before

I am guessing 39.5 pounds of water .25 pounds of fat and .25 of muscle.........haha but honestly you have so much water weight in you

also would coming off of a keto diet before cycle have anything to do with the weight gain

This is one of the most unhealthy things ive ever heard. 40 lbs that quickly whether its water, muscle or fat adds a tremendous strain to the body. I highly suggest you start running an anti-e to cut the water for the sake of your health.

wow I havent ever heard of gains that fast in a short amount of time, I agree with the fellos, up your nolvs to 20mg ed. BTW 10mg ed in the past didnt do nothing for me.

If and I mean if you were at 10-11% bf and put on 40lbs in 4 weeks......you would have some freaky stretch marks.....I'd like to see a pic of you before and one now.

Which means you gained 1.42lbs per day!
So your saying if I stared at you for an hour, i could probably see you getting bigger.
Enough said, This is very unhealthy, think of the strain your heart is going thru? For your body to gain 40lbs in 4 weeks, and now the heart has to work that much harder to pump blood. I'm just looking out for your health. Get some l-dex, and run it at .25mg ed, or even .5mg ed. Shed some of that water, for your own health.
