    u can....some do..some dont..
    its always good to b/c it will help the gear displace out so that it does not knot up.
    and plus...it feels better also..lol
    what kind of gear u using?

    this is a 2nd cycle for me Omna 500 wk and Deca 300 wk along with d-bol as for the name it's what I do for a living almost 12 years now.

    I rub after injecting, makes it less sore.

    I'm gonna give you my address so you can send some Fresh Lobster tails to a brother! They are packed with protien. But i'll have a heartattack because I used a whole stick of butter when I eat them. ahah

    I have a recreational license for my boat, I lay down 20 traps for fun and eat my catch. Luckily since I sterned and know the local fisherman and they dont slice my lines and take my traps.
