I'M A 30 Y/O MALE, 5'10", ABOUT 170LBS., AND APPR. 15% BF. I'VE BEEN LIFTING OFF&ON FOR ABOUT 12 YRS, BUT REALLY CONSISTANT THE LAST 2-3. I'M IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE BUT I'VE HIT A PLATEAU. I WOULD LIKE TO GAIN ABOUT 20-30LBS. OF LEAN MASS, AND I MEAN LEAN. I KNOW WITH SOME CYCLES YOU NEED TO CONSUME UP TO 2000 MORE CALORIES THEN YOU WOULD NORMALLY EAT IN A DAY. UNFORTUNATLY, BECAUSE OF MY WORK SCHEDULE I AM UNABLE TO DO THAT. I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH ON THE MATTER AN I'VE NARROWED IT DOWN TO DECA, SUS250, OR PRIMOBOLAN DEPOT. I WANT TO KEEP THE SIDE EFFECTS LOW AND I WANT TO CYCLE SOMETHING WHERE I WON'T LOSE THAT MUCH WHEN I CYCLE OFF.
