    Water Intake

    Now i know we should take in about 1-2 gallons of water a day, but i was reading on a thread drinking distilled water, Is this really necessary?????

    To me it's all a personal preference as long as it's not sewer water.

    i've heard it's not good to drink distilled because you get a lot of the trace minerals your body needs from drinking water.

    I drink it from the tap...can't recall any articles on distilled water.

    I thought that the only thing distilled water was used for is charging bateries.

    I drink the tap water as well. Bottled when i'm out but the good old tap water when i'm at home.
    Lets not forget they add Flouride to the water system, good for a healthy set of teeth so people should at least get some tap water ED.

    tap water is better for you...IMO..........it has flouride

    bump to the flouride. I drink a lot of H2O from the tap and never have a problem.
