I am no longer training naturally

Injecting made me more nervous than I thought it would, I think I sat with the syringe loaded and the pin about an inch from my thigh for about 20 minutes, counting myself in...1...2....3...go....just didn;t seem to happen....then eventually.....I managed it and I don;t know what all the worry was about.
