Hi all..


I have just done my 2 cycle

500mg Sus - 9 weeks
25mg russian Dbol Daily - first 5 weeks (I love this ****)
hcg - at the end
nolva - each day

gained 19 pounds
I am 5.9' and 180 pund


The thing is that summer is here soon and I would like to start another cycle, but it wont be 10 weeks break, as I have red that u are supposed to wait between cycles.

Can I just start my third cycle after 8 weeks, and take a longer break before I start cycle nr.4? (if there will be any)


I am worried about my health...

Summer Cycle:
250mg sus : 1-9 week
400mg Deka : 1-9 week
25mg Dbol: 1-5 week
lots of winnys: 6-10 week
Nolva every day
HCG at the end

Eight weeks is alright, 10 weeks would be optimal. Why are you cutting you sust doses in half compared to your last cycle? And why are you running deca higher then the test?

Time on = Time off is only a rule of thumb if you're not going to go by blood work. Some guys recover quicker than others but the time on = time off is a good estimate to go buy.

like mudman says the time on= time off is a great way to go, I know how it goes though and sometimes you make the time off a little shorter, idealy you want to run your time off starting after your pct not before....this is what I do, I do not cosider being off til i am completely done putting drugs in my body. obviously 10 weeks would be a better amount to take off but if you are going to do 8 at least you gave your body sometime off.

The reason why im cutting sust dosages, is because I am not looking for extreamly big gain this cycle, and that I have a lot of Deca.

The other thing is that I'am experimenting on my self..
Deca keep good gains, bruns some fat.
Sus will give me Power and Gain. Sounds like a good combination to me.


Education from my experiments:

I asked many people a question before my cycle number 2, that was if a muscle will grow larger when injecting it with high adrogen.
So many different opinions and answers that I really didnt get any smarter, so I decided to try on my self. Only injecting in left shoulder, after 9 weeks of sus there was NO DIFFERENCE - left to right shoulder.

like everyone said...time off=time on is just a rule of thumb. If it were me, i would just wait the two weeks out just to be sure but it really probably wont be that big of a deal.

ok Time on = Time off, got it but when does time off start?

when i finish my last sustanon shot, the next weeks i will use HCG. should then HCG be counted as time on or off?
