    liquid nolva- tamox

    hey whats up guys?
    i just received my liquid nolva for my pct of methyl 1-test. i have just one quick question, and forgive me if its a dumb one but i need some help. since the nolva is a liquid im trying to figure out how to calculate 20mg. the bottle says tamox 40mg/ml 30ml. im new to this game so i really dont understand what that means. any help with the conversion would greatly be appreciated. im trying to figure out the ml dosage to reach 20 mg. thanks alot!

    each ml is 40 mg of tamoxifin.. so if you want 20 mgs you want to take .5 ml

    Well first off M1t is a steriod . But yeah you need PCT for prohormones also if you want to keep your gains.
