ok i was thinking of doing a cycle in the future looking like this...
wk 1-12 ....500mg test e
wk 1-11.... 400mg deca
wk 1-17 nolva..... 10mg everday all the way- PCT 20 mg's a day
wk 14-17 clomid 300mg first day.day 2-11 100mg.12-21 50mg.
but have decided to switch the deca with EQ some mg's since i hear you get better quality gains. but have heard that it makes u eat like crazy. The question i had was isn't it better if it makes you eat so you can get more calories and protein etc etc.???

Eating is good, diet is the most important thing.. Keep the calories high, protein high, and take in moderate carbs, don't eat a bunch of sh!t.. eat clean.. The doses look good, end the EQ before the test, Start PCT..
What are your goals?
to get up to 200 at least bro i am at 185 and about 5"11. I want to get up at least 190 before i stick my self. if i get up to 190 my goals are to get up to at least 210 or 205
Bro, you can hit 200lbs naturally, and if i remember you are still young.. Keep training, and keep eating good.. You will grow like a weed in the next few years.. Give your body some time to develop, and when you hit a plateau naturally then hit the sauce.. I wouldn't go about it any other way..

yeah my goal is 200 naturally.but i am just doin my research all now so i know what im doing. i dont want to stick my self before i hit 200 but i am an unpatient muther ****er so i know i'll probably do it when i hit 195 but while on a cycle my goal is 20 pounds i'd be very happy with that.

i much prefer eq to deca, it looks like a really good cycle, for your second cycle, first cycle stick with 400mg cyp or enth, no need for the eq

i think 400 is plenty, you could even go with 250 a week and with proper diet, sleep, training, gain a lot, i'm of the opinion that you don't need massive amounts of steroids to grow sufficiently, if you do everything correctly, there have been many, many examples of low dose cycles that work well for beginners

that is true, but think of it this way, the more you use now, the more you're going to need each successive cycle to grow, look at me for example, my first "real" cycle was 400mg test enth a week, i can still use 500mg a week and acheive good gains on my 4th cycle, there are a lot of bros who started with 500mg who now need a gram or more to gain what i gain on 500mg
yeah but i dont plan to juice for years to come...at least i dont think i am...
plus my source only makes test at 250 mg so i would be better off just taking 500 mg a week.it would just be easier rather than break it down and try to get 400 mg a week
trust me, you'll find more sources in the years to come, you'll have access to a lot more than what you do now, don't be close minded and say, this is what i've got, so i have to do it this way, by the way 4/5 of a cc would equal 200mg, not that hard to dose it
Alot of guys on here advocate 500mg whether they have done it or not, it seems to have become a standard, though imo not really necessary. I went alot lower the what's recommended and still had great gains. Getting the most out of a cycle doesn't necessarily mean more doses.Quote:
