Heating Test?

I've been told to heat my test pre-injection to minimize post injection pain. On some of these threads people talk about warming the needle under the sink or baking it. What do you guys do?

Just put the syringe under hot water for 30 seconds.

i would just put the vial in warm water... makes the oil much easier to draw with a 25, never had a prob with the needles beiing cold htough...
