cycle info..please help
whats up bro's, first timer here. i have done alot of research on here but wanted to know what the pro's think.
here are my stats-19yrs old 5'9 167 lbs bf % dont know been liftin for 3 yrs , hard for past yr and a half.
diet- 4,000 cals ed 300g pro, 30g fat, 630g carbs broken down in six meal a day.
as for my cycle on hand i have 500 5mg d-bols, 40 shots sust, 25 shots deca 300, 30 shots finna.
my propsed cycle
wk 1-6 d-bol 50mg ed
wk 6-14 finna 1 shot eod
wk 1-14 sust 250 mg e3d
wk 1-13 deca 600 mg
nlova through out cycle and clomid & nolva pct 3 wks after last sust shot.
also i have 120 5mg winnys, wondering if it would be good to take them twords the end of cycle .
liftin schedule 5 times a wk cardio 3 times a wk.
any help or opion at all would be greatly appreciated.

i can tell youve done SOME research.. with that said..........
to much gear for a first cycle

First your too young and the cycle is extreme for a newbie.
You shouldn't run dbol longer then 4 weeks as a newbie and 6 is the max. 50mg is way to high for a newbie and should be around 30mg for your size.
Deca is way to high as well and its higher then your test.
Dont run more then 2 AS as a first timer.
Running four is for a novice or advanced user.

thanxs for the info bro's sorry i forgot to mention this isent my first cycle, but i havent done many so i consider my self a first timer. btw tre you think i should cut my deca by half ? would that be better ?

I'm just a beginner so anything I may say can be construed as innately dumb.
Forgive me, but I am going to go out on a limb here...
I can't figure out if you are on a bulking cycle or a cutting one? 4,000 calories? If you are bulking, I'd say you'd need way more than that....if you cutting, then you would probably want to drop the calories...and doesn't seem like you are running cutters anyways (since winny you are not running probably.)
Also, if you are bulking...which I think you are...then I don't think you should do any cardio....conserve calories and don't even walk fast to the gym...
In my very very limited experience, people don't make gains because they can't decide if they are bulking or cutting. If you are bulking, then you should probably do it right...but once again, I'm a beginner and I may be totally wrong.
I also agree that this cycle is too much stuff. It's gonna be harsh on your receptors. Check out my cycle...I think beginners should limit it down to 2 drugs at a time.Last edited by BuffGuy; 02-21-2004 at 01:56 PM.

TRE, so is his calorie intake OK? I'd say it's too low at 4000?
Also, shouldn't he kill the cardio if he's bulking?
I knew he was trying to bulk, but I'm saying that I can't understand why the cardio and the low calorie intake. Maybe I'm wrong...

He can always bump up the calories, for instance I take in 5000-6000 a day but I'm 240. Hes only 167 pounds so 4000 calories is a lot for him. You are right however about the cardio. If you are trying to bulk and only bulk cut out the cardio. On the other hand I dont like to increase fat and try shedding water weight by doing cardio 5 days a week even if bulking. I may not put on as much but its leaner mass. I also have to keep my endurance up for my job and hobbies.

thanxs for all the info and help first off . yes i am doing a bulking cycle. my reasone for doing cardio 3 times a week is to try and produce more clean mass . i am awear that for every # of muscle gained i will gain 1/2-1 pound of fat. my thought was by doing the cardio at a moderatly low intesaty i could limit the fat to around 1/2 a #. about cals, i thought 4,000 was a good amount,should i be eating more ? also dose anyone think i should incorpeart hcg ? and if this cycle is tottaly wrong , then dose anyone have a better idea? i would like to do this the right way and learn as much befor i start this cycle. once again thanxs alot bro's
