If you mean testosterone cypionate , it should be run 10-12 weeks with proper PCT and anti aromitization. First cycle? Run 500mg/week.

Heres a search hint. Search for Test only cycles. Most will be testosterone enanthate , but cypionate is very similar in usage.

Test Cypionate is only one element off from Enanthate . They are both medium ester hormones. You will experience more water retention with Cypionate than you would with Enanthate. Most bouncers prefer Cypionate over Enanthate because it gives you that "smooth but swole look". If this is your first cycle I would run Enanthate for 10-12 weeks at 500mg per week. You should get descent gains out of that for your first.
