Hi guy's

I'm just about to start a new cycle of Deca 400mg PW, Test Ethanate 500mg PW, Dbol 40mg ED (Week 1-5).

I've always done deca twice per week, but is it ok to do it once per week?

Also, is it ok to have ethan and deca in the same pin?
