DO you mean HGH?? I have the same question you had above, 19IU over what amount of time?? Water bloat is not something I have ever noticed when using HGH.
Human Growth Hormone I have found very valuable in my past cycles. Not only from the perspective of BF loss and LBM gains, but also from a general health perspective. I feel generally better on HGH. Additionally some of my past injuries tend to either lessen or completely go away, specifically my shoulder. I have fairly cronic shoulder pain that seem to subside during HGH use and stays gone for a period of time (1 -3 months) post use. I have used HGH in the past at a dosage of 6IU pd, in two divided doses a day...
