hey guys..this is the beginning of my 4th week of a 8 week cycle. im running 500 sus and 400 deca. im eating like a madman..taking my protein in...and ive lost 4 pounds since the beginning of my cycle. my body fat was about 10 percent, and im looking more ripped. i was hoping on bulking up for this cycle, like putting on 20 pounds and then cutting it out with some winnny in my next cycle. any suggestions to gain more bulk in this cycle?
