i was just wonderin if ephendrine helps the stamina to last longer???cuz ive applied in the police and now i got their invitation to the physical tests and stuff...ill be running..swimming..and doin other activities on the same day..so wat could help to give me a extra boost of stamina..???wat will u recommend? thanx...

Dont over do it before you do some extreme physical test.
I think the best thing it will do for you is be a bronciodialator, which will help alot.
