first cycle

week 1-10...deca qv 300mg
week 1-12...test en 400mg
week 1-16...nolva 10mg ED
week 13-16..clomid 50mg ED

wanted to get more input with age included.

clomid doesn't start till 2 weeks past your last shot of test which would be week 14.
Also you'll need to take more of it. 300mgs the first day, 100mgs for 14 days and 50mgs for 10 days should do it, especially being you'll be using deca.
What's the goal of this cycle? I take it's to put on mass....

a solid first cycle, but yes run the clomd 2 weeks after last test shot....good to see a firts cycle that does not invlove 5 different compounds !!

deca and test at low doses, if any suggestions, maybe 500 mg test a week

also check proper clomid PCT...300, 100, 50 etc !!

I'd recomend running the test at 500mg, especially since its QV...you never know how well its doses. Good luck bro.
