    Would A Flu Shot Prevent Test Flu??

    I got test flu from 400 mg of Upjohn cyp once a month for HRT. I got test flu

    on my 2nd test cycle. I shot 500 mg. Thanks.

    No, test flu isn't actually caused by influenza virus. it's just a figure of speech. it's just the body's reaction to a foreign substance (it's likely just a heavy release of cytokines...kind of like a minor toxic shock episode or a bout of food poisoning).

    It may help with symptoms (fever, headache), but it won't affect the source.
