What if you don't refrigerate HCG?

What happens to it? I have some HCG that i mixed last night and i forgot to put it in the fridge.

Go bad meaning dangerous to inject? It will biologically die? Is it too late to put it in the fridge after 24 hours have gone by?

It will be fine. 24hrs at room temp is nothing. As long as it was sterilly reconstituted, nothing will have been in there to grow. The HCG itself isn't going to denature after that short of period at room temp.
