cycle question

sup guys, I'm looking to gain 10-15lbs of quality muscle and maybe drop a little excess fat (w/cardio & diet, of course) and was wanting to know if this sounds good.

weeks 1-10 250mg/QVenan (test)
weeks 4-10 50mg/winny eod
my stats:
age: 19
height: 6'1"
weight: 197
bf: 14%

Prior to this Iv'e only done a 10wk cycle of 250mg QVenan/wk 4 months ago. I kept 5 lbs and got overall decent results. I was thinking of doubling up and going to 500mg/wk. Do ya'll think that would be better or a little excessive to a relatively new juicer but a long time worker-outer?

You have all ready done a cycle. So he prob will do this one.

I would increase the test

I am not a fan of winny for 6 as it makes people sore, and takes away your eating

If you get down to 10%bf you need to lose 10lbs.

deff do 500mg a week of test. Inject 250mg 2x a week. Say Mon & Thurs.

Make sure you have clomid or you woln't keep any of your gains!

Yep, I agree. Too young to have 2 cycles under your belt.

I agree with US and asymmetrical1 on this...... even though you have 2 under your belt who know what damage and more damage you will see later in life because of the early use of AS.

19? To young!!! I hope you did proper Post cycle Thearpy with your other cycles!!! I would wait a few more years like everyone else said!!!! Why take the chance of screwing up your body and possibly closing your growth plates

You should wait first off.

The other problem is the whole cycle

Winny is an everyday thing not eod. It should also be run past the enth 2 weeks.

Test needs to be bumped to atleast 375.

Need anti e's in there something like 10mg nolv and .25liquidex

PCT 3 days after last winny pill or shot of clomid.

You shouldn't do it but if you do rework the cycle.
