    Mother Of Mercy That Hurts...

    Man gave myself .75 cc of prop and 1 cc of fina in my right arm about an hour ago and it **** near dropped me to the ground a second ago....

    I've never used prop before but i gotta get some b12 or somethin to cut it with i guess man its throbbing. So much for arms tonight.

    Yea, prop is a hurting bitch. Next time do it in a body part that won't affect your workout the same day or following.

    i like to inject the body part im working that day...imo it helps disperse the oil and it will recover faster...and massive pumps

    yah i took a heating pad to it....i also like to work the same body part i shoot that day if i can. Man that stuff hurt for a while though.

    Try injecting the prop with some b12. I did with my prop and it did wonders.

    You think that shot in the arm hurts? Try 150mgs of QV prop in the bicep! I did that ONCE...never again :-)

    Same here. Like if I'm doing shoulders, one in the delt and then practically no pain later on.

    But if you're doing shoulders on friday for instance, don't do a delt on thursday. That gives a new meaning to pain.

    But if you're gonna do prop, you have to expect the pain and power through it. It's definitely worth it imho.
