sustanon cykle and nolvadex?

Dont pyramid it. Run 500 the whole time, run it ten weeks atleast.

If this is your first cycle you may want to consider enth or cyp instaid

Well if you can get your hands on enth or cyp I would suggest those over sust. Whichever you get inject everythird day.

Weeks
1-10 500mg inject mon thur
nolv 10mg ed
proviron 25mg ed

PCT clomid and nolv 3 2 weeks after last injection
run the clomid at 300mg the first day, 100mg for a week after that, 50mg a day for 2 more weeks. Run nolv at 20mg a day thru pct.

for a first timer its a little rougher then a single ester. Since there are 4 different test in it your blood levels shift which could make you a little uncomfortable in your first cycle.

Sustanon also has some crappy side effects. I was going to do Sustanon on my first cycle few years back but heard some real horrorshow stories.
