Best Gear For Keeping Gains?
Looking to do 2nd cycle, first time around did deca @ 500 mg wk, I know that was a bad idea. I'm 6'3 230lbs, lost 15lbs after surg. mostly muscle. how long should I run cycle and how long should I stay off before going back on, planning a trip to pick-up enough for two cycles want to be able to keep my gains not sure if this is the best way to run it.
deca 400mg/wk
test e 500mg/wk
nolva 10-20mg ed
clomid pct

Use eq instead of deca if you want to keep most of your gains.

you'll keep gains from deca just as well as Eq.

I agree that longer more subtle cycles will provide so called better gains. Longer esters take longer to clear, and may provide longer effect. Keeping water weight minimal will also be good because you just lose this in the end, so it won't be such a shock when you come off. As far as deca or Eq? Either will do. But we all know there is no such thing as pure keepable gains w/o AAS Granted you are not at your natural max. So with that in mind, you will be fine.

cool, leaning towards deca for joint pain relief, might try eq, heard it will increase vascularity and maybe leave me with more quality gains

you'll get less gains from the eq with the vasculinity but you'll keep both of them the same. If you want quality run primo.
